Farmville is one of facebook’s most popular applications. Farmville is a so-called Casual Game. These small games conquer the internet, games consoles as well as mobile devices. Thus a huge industry developed in this sector over the last years.
In order to present the newest trends and developments and to offer a platform to operators all over the world, the Casual Connect Asia 2012 took place in Singapore. infin took part in the fair to get an idea of present and future of the Casual Games sector. infin’s attendance was a total success. The employees met interesting people from all over the world, became acquainted with new markets and took part in successful meetings. Ob im Büro oder auf der Couch – Casual Games wie Farmville erobern Internet, Konsolen und mobile Endgeräte. So hat sich eine rasant wachsende Casual-Games-Branche gebildet, die sich stetig weiterentwickelt.
Um neueste Trends und Entwicklungen zu präsentieren und um eine Plattform für regen Austausch für die Betreiber und andere in diesem Spiele-Segment tätigen Unternehmen zu bieten, fand auch in diesem Jahr die Casual Connect Asia 2012 in Singapur statt.
Wie schon im Februar in Hamburg war infin auch diesmal wieder vor Ort, um sich selbst ein Bild von Gegenwart und Zukunft der Casual-Games-Branche zu machen. Dabei trafen die Mitarbeiter auf interessante Leute, lernten neue Märkte kennen und hatten zu guter Letzt auch erfolgreiche Meetings. Sowohl für sie als auch für das gesamte Unternehmen war die Reise nach Asien eine besondere Erfahrung.
